When you place your order, we know that you want to receive the item as fast as possible. We will make that happen.
How long will the entire ordering process take from order submission to delivery?
We will do our best to deliver your product as fast as possible, depending on your location.
WORLDWIDE: 7-15 days (expect a slight delay due to COVID)
After submitting your order, what's next?
- Our staff will manually review all orders of that day. The order review will be completed within 24 hours. It includes checking all customer's info, shipping address, spelling errors, missing street number or other details, etc. Within this period, cancellation is still possible.
- After the order review, all orders of that day will be fulfilled. It includes packaging, sorting, and dispatching. In this stage, NO CANCELLATION is accepted.
- The delivery will be handled by USPS for US orders, CANADA POST for Canadian orders, and other services depending on your location and the fastest available service in your country.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may face delays beyond our control such as postal delays.
Refund and Cancellation
We do have pretty easy and straightforward refund & cancellation policies.
We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND ONLY IF:
- Your order gets lost while in transit. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 7-15 days, just like placing a new order.
- You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc.. In this situation, we will require you to send a photo. Depending on our discretion, we may ask you to ship the item back to us. Of course, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you opt for a replacement, it will take 7-15 days, just like placing a new order.
- You received a damaged item. We will require you to send a proof of damage. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 7-15 days, just like placing a new order.
- If your order is delayed (more than 25 days) due to reasons we have no control of like postal delay, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.
We will NOT issue a refund if:
- After 24 hours from placing the order, you have changed your mind and would like to cancel and get a refund.
- After 24 hours from placing the order, you decided to change the style, size, product, etc..
- You have entered an incorrect shipping address or any misspelled info resulting in a failed delivery.
We are happy to cancel orders within 24 hours from order placement, because during this stage, it's still under review. If it's over 24 hours, that means your order has been fulfilled OR in-queue for dispatch, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Return and Exchange
We have a pretty straightforward and simple return and exchange policy.
When you receive your order and want to exchange it with a different product, it MUST be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all the labels. After contacting us, you will need to ship the original order back to us, at your own expense. Once we receive it, we will inspect if it's unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with all the labels. Then, we will issue a store credit in the form of a code, and you will use that code to make a new purchase.
